When your
aesthetic design calls for color coordinating the visible face of the
expansion joint with the surrounding substrate surface -- EMSEAL offers
the solution.
A wide range of colors are available for the all of EMSEAL's
silicone-coated family of products
(COLORSEAL,
HORIZONTAL COLORSEAL,
SEISMIC
COLORSEAL,
SEISMIC COLORSEAL-DS) as well as for
EMSHIELD WFR2
and EMSHIELD DFR2.

standard silicone colors available from
EMSEAL. |

Pecora 890NST, standard, pre-tinted, silicone colors:
(IMPORTANT:
When specifying or ordering,
please
remember to state explicitly both the silicone manufacturer's name and
the color, ex. "Pecora 890NST Limestone 039". If the silicone
manufacturer is not specified, the standard Dow 790 color will be used
on similar names (ex. Limestone, Natural Stone, Sandstone, Gray, Bronze,
Black). |

Dow 790, standard, pre-tinted, silicone colors:

When specifying or ordering, please remember to state explicitly both
the silicone manufacturer's name and the color, ex. "Dow 790
Limestone". Also when choosing the color white, be sure to specify
the more common "Precast White" or the less common "White". ) |

Pecora TEXTURED pre-tinted, silicone colors:
These have a slightly textured look to more closely approximate the look
of grout and have a lower gloss finish.

When the expansion joint system is dual sided,
Seismic Colorseal DS and
EMSHIELD WFR2,
each side is offered as a separate color choice. (e.g. WFR2 can be
manufactured with a rustic brick face showing toward the building's
exterior and a sandstone face showing toward the interior.) The same
applies to
Universal-90 transitions which can have separate colors for the
inside and outside faces.
EMSEAL's silicone coated products can
be manufactured in custom colors.
If you're having a custom
color formulated for your project which is not in the standard palette please contact EMSEAL to have us produce a matching
color or from silicone material shipped to us
from that project.
EMSHIELD DFR2
Fire-Rated EMSHIELD DFR2 is
manufactured with a coating on both sides. The standard coating on the traffic
or floor side is coated
with Pecora 301 traffic-grade silicone which is available in Gray.
The traffic or floor side
of DFR2 can also be coated with any of the standard Pecora 890NST
silicones selected from the above color charts.
The
"fire" side is coated with an intumescent coating which is Red.
The intumescent side can
also have an optional topcoat of silicone having a color choice of any
of the available colors on this page.
