Video: UL 2079 Testing of EMSHIELD WFR2, Fire-Rated, Wall Expansion Joint System:

The EMSHIELD family of products from EMSEAL are breakthrough innovations that incorporate multiple joint filler functions into single product units.  The comprehensive line includes DFR2 and DFR3 (Deck, Fire-Rated, 2 and 3 hours); WFR2 and WFR3 (Wall, Fire-Rated, 2 and 3 hours); SSF2 an SSF3 (SecuritySeal, Floor, 2 and 3 hours); SSW2 (SecuritySeal, wall, 2-hours); SJS-FR1 and SJS-FR2 (Seismic Joint System, Deck, 1 and 2 hours); SJS-FP-FR2 (Seismic Joint System, For Plazas, 2-hours).  All both watertight AND fire-rated and have been tested to the rigors of UL/ULC 2079.  The test is similar for decks and walls as depicted in this video except that for decks the test does not have a hose-stream component.
